Shipping Policy

At Fylin' it | Urban Streetwear, we partner with Printful to fulfill our Print-on-Demand (POD) products and ship worldwide. This Shipping Policy outlines important information about processing, shipping, and delivery for your orders.

1. Order Processing
  • All orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

  • Printful typically requires 2–7 business days to print, pack, and prepare your order for shipment.

  • Orders are shipped directly from Printful fulfillment centers; we do not hold inventory in Belgium.
     

2. Shipping Destinations
  • We ship worldwide, including Europe, North America, Asia, Australia, and other regions.

  • Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination and the size/weight of your order.
     

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout. Typical estimates:

Within Europe:

  • Standard shipping: 5–12 business days

  • Expedited shipping: 3–7 business days

United States & Canada:

  • Standard shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Expedited shipping: 5–10 business days

Rest of the World:

  • Standard shipping: 10–20 business days

  • Expedited shipping: 7–14 business days

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, holidays, or other delays outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size/weight of your items, and the selected shipping method.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
     

5. Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from Printful with a tracking number.

  • You can track your shipment directly via the carrier’s website.
     

6. Lost or Delayed Orders
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the shipping carrier.

  • We will coordinate with Printful and the carrier to investigate the issue.
     

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
  • If your order arrives damaged or contains errors, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will work with Printful to issue a replacement or resolve the issue promptly.
     

8. Order Modifications & Cancellations
  • Orders are processed quickly via Printful, so modifications or cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of purchase.

  • After this window, the order may already be in production and cannot be changed.
