Refund Policy
At Fylin' it | Urban Streetwear, all of our products are made-to-order through our trusted Print-on-Demand partner, Printful. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not hold stock or resell returned products.
Please review the policy below to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements.
1. Made-to-Order Items
Each product is printed and fulfilled individually when you place your order.
For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that are the wrong size, color, or style — please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.
We strongly recommend reviewing the size guides and product descriptions carefully before ordering.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect due to a production error, we’ll make it right.

A short description of the issue

Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product (and the packaging, if relevant)
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund free of charge, depending on the situation.
3. Lost Orders / Delivery Issues
If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery window:

Check the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.

If the order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier first.

If the carrier cannot locate the package, contact us at store.thegraphicp@gmail.com, and we will open an investigation with Printful.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout or for packages lost due to address errors.
4. Returns
Since all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back to the address on the package — it will go to the Printful fulfillment center and cannot be processed as a valid return.
5. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error.

The wrong item was sent.

The package is lost in transit and cannot be replaced.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, as they immediately enter production. After that, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for size, style, or color changes since each item is custom-made.
If you wish to order a different size or style, you’ll need to place a new order.
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
We are not liable for:

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Unclaimed packages at the delivery location

Customs or import fees charged in your country
